That’s highly doubtful. Verizon is know for requiring manufacturers to strip features from their phones before they can be granted the “privilege” of being sold as a Verizon Wireless phones. This is one of the main reasons for why Apple bypassed Verzion during the initial release negotiations.

If Apple were to sell out and release an iPhone with Verizon, you would probably see the YouTube app replaced with V Cast Videos and the iPod portion of the phone replaced with V Cast Music, something that I can’t see Apple agreeing to.

I agree — very doubtful. But it’s great to ponder “what if” because that’s the only way I’d be able to get an iPhone without paying a fortune in cancellation charges. The way each of the 5 lines on my plan qualify for “technology upgrades,” my contract gets extended by two years every 3 or 4 months.

Unfortunately, due to the quality of the phones, they’re pretty much shot by the time the upgrade rolls around. It’s a vicious cycle, and Verizon knows it.
