Peter,

Thanks for your feedback and kind words. Unfortunately, I've moved away from using Mailplane as my email client, so this project isn't getting any attention right now due to my very hectic schedule.

I can't really give an idea on when I think I might address your observations either. I'm hoping that someone will pick up the project where I've left off.

Jim,

This is just to say thanks for a brilliant Mailplane stylesheet.
Permit me a few observations please.

I've uploaded a screenshot of a relevant portion of my 2.1.1 Mailplane window here : http://i.imgur.com/7ophZ.png
The out-of-the-box install of your stylesheet shows results that differ from the screenshot posted on your site. Anomalies are :

A top menu row still shows
I have a search button for the web, but none for Gmail ;-(
The main window is not quite ad free ...

I'm unable to address these issues via the stylesheet, despite your comments there. Could you help me please ?
Thank you for your time & efforts !

@rushi - Since my settings are pretty much dialed in, if I want to change any of them, I'll either login to gmail via web browser, or I will select "manage labels" in the labels area in the left mailbox area. That takes you to the settings area, where you can select any of the other settings options from there.

Alternatively, you can comment out the styles in the "hide the header links..." part of the stylesheet, and the links will show up again.

This looks good. However hiding the top bar in Gmail also hides the Settings link. How do you get to the settings page if you want to add new accounts or enable labs features ?

Jim, you are the man! I have been irked by the ads showing up in Mailplane forever. Finally, Gmail looks like it should.
Pat yourself on the back for me and everyone else not being marketed to every time they open their email.
