Spring can officially start. Cleaned BBQ, grilling first burgers of the year. Mmmm. Meat.

@AdamDempsey thought about it, but not pursued yet. Too much on my plate as it is. Maybe soon. I’ve got an idea for one…

@AdamDempsey Started w/ AppleScript & moved into Cocoa - though not a pro by any measure. More of a hobby than anything else.

@usermac you mean when toggling between layout and browse modes? Or returning to the tab you started on when returning from layout mode?

via Twitter Web Client in reply to usermac

One thing I wish 9/10 would do is remain at the tab you’re working on when moving from browse to layout (and vice versa) modes.

Just discovered new app: Blackbird. Simple, yet very functional. http://tinturl.com/4baeab

@lesliefinlay Can install FM on up to 2 machines, but not use both at the same time to connect to server, though can run at once on network.

@mpetrov Restarted several times. Un/reinstalled FMSA twice. OS updates, Java updates, etc. Always fails at deployment after configuring…

via Twitter Web Client in reply to mpetrov

@mpetrov Nope. Only 1 site, and SharePoint services not installed. Might be a virtual server (waiting for confirm). Any bearing?

via Twitter Web Client in reply to mpetrov

@bobpatin thanks for recommend. Java update was needed, but didn’t solve the problem.

@plagiarismtoday Using EventBox here. Digging it. Nice to have Twitter and only the RSS feeds I want to stay on top of through the day.

Having heck of a time deploying SvrAdv 10. Web Pub won’t start w/ IIS. Keep getting “java.net.ConnectException: refused”

Cleaning feeds out of NetNewsWire. Didn’t realize how many I’ve been marking read, but not reading on a regular basis. Easily half of them.

Abandoning Missing Sync all together. Going for Google App/Remember the Milk combination. All OTA syncing w/ Blackberry. Zero effort option.

via Twitter Web Client

@docchevalier Problem w/ BB App permissions. Un/Reinstalled several times. Followed support recommends. Still no joy. Prob an app conflict.

via Twitter Web Client in reply to docchevalier

Upgraded Missing Sync for Blackberry. Now it’s totally borked. Can’t sync anything. Grrr. Dang it Mark/Space! You’ve killed my productivity!

Love when clients ask for, and approve functional change, then ask why it doesn’t work “like it used to” 3 months later.

@alfred1963 no. But it’s funny - I was thinking the exact same thing myself this afternoon…

Giving EventBox a spin as Twitter client. TweetDeck just isn’t doing it for me. Is it worth $15? We’ll see.

FileMaker 5.5 Server crash. The elusive “c0000005” exception error. (Fmserver!LocalBigPut). Win Server 2003 SP2. Any insight appreciated.

Client signs off on latest changes. Install scheduled for Saturday morning. That means an night off. Somebody pinch me. Should study FMTS.

Doing lots of work in both 6 & 9 lately. Find myself using v9 syntax while in v6 now. I’d say that’s a pretty good thing.

Uninstalled Safari 4 Beta. Mail app seemed to become unresponsive after a couple hours of use ever since I installed the beta.

FileMaker collective: Any way to do multiple email attachments (Word docs) sans plug-in in FM v6? (Yes, some of us still have to work in 6)
