Stepping back from commitments a little

I’m trying to slim down the commitments I’ve already made and change the habit of saying yes to things without thinking deeply about them first. For now, it’s no to everything that comes my way.

Posting more to my site

Rather than just posting short quips, I’m working to produce more long-form posts on my site. I really want to break my “social media” like behavior online.

Skilling myself up for work

I see potential for some radical changes with the day job over the coming year, so I’m putting a big part of my time into skilling up and gaining industry certifications should I find myself needing to make a change.

Working on a few code projects

• Putting the finishing touches to my “mnml” Micro.blog theme.
• Stubbing out a couple of potential Micro.blog plugins.
• Maintenance mode for my other WordPress plugins, but always looking to make them better.
