Busy, Busy, Busy

It’s been a while since I last posted, but I’ve been a busy little bee, working on a few different projects…

  • An update to Cache Out is imminent, which includes support for the Vivaldi, Arc, and Dia browsers, as well as several other tweaks both above and below the hood. The popularity of the app is slowly growing – which is nice given that I’ve barely even marketed it so far.

  • Progress on Yasu is moving along nicely. It’s radically different than the original was, but the new version is also more powerful, borrowing a few of the lessons I’ve learned from Cache Out. I’m taking my time to be sure it’s just right. I hope for a 1.0 relaunch by the end of July, if not sooner.

  • I’ve begun work on an iOS/iPadOS app to track RV maintenance and trips since I haven’t found one I like well enough. I hope to really focus on it for an App Store release once I get Cache Out and Yasu to places I’m happy with.

  • My OmniFocus Task Sync plugin broke 100 downloads on the Obsidian community last week. That was a cool milestone.

  • There are always small tweaks I’m making to my blog platform Clodd. The tweaks are nothing huge, but I’m slowly refactoring stuff, trying to get those few extra milliseconds of performance out of it.

  • And finally, I need to give a little love to my Tinylytics WordPress plugin. It’s been a while since I last updated it, and there are a couple of features I think I could add. This one’s on the to do list, but keeps getting bumped by the stuff above.

Otherwise, life is good, and I have no complaints. It’s nice to have some focus.
