I started wearing my Apple Watch more over the last couple of weeks to track cardio rehab efforts.

I realized this morning I’ve become a Slave to the Rings™ yet again…

It’s time (unintended pun) to put it away and go back to wearing a “real” watch.

I made some mnml related updates to both the theme and archive by year plugin that alphabetizes archive page categories and adds better styling for the archive year select menu.

In a weird and much appreciated twist, I’m starting to get checks BACK from my health insurance for co-pays made thanks to hitting my max out-of-pocket for the year. I’ll take it! 🎉

I reactivated my @hemisphericviews subscription this morning, this time as a global supporter. You should support them too if you don’t already. @canion, @jason and @martinfeld are doing the people’s work. I’ve held off listening to any episodes until now in fear of laughing too hard.

It turns out the longer walk route is not quite as long as I thought it was. I need to add another quarter mile to hit or exceed my target. Easy enough…
