In a weird and much appreciated twist, I’m starting to get checks BACK from my health insurance for co-pays made thanks to hitting my max out-of-pocket for the year. I’ll take it! 🎉

The orientation for cardiac rehab went smoothly this morning. I’m already way beyond what most patients start at. The schedule is three times a week for the next six – though the program is really 12 weeks long. I should be in much better shape than I was pre-op by the time I head back to work. 💪🏻
